Does Chloe Ting’s Two Week Shred work?
Summer abs without having to workout consistently for four months?
Summer abs here I come. I decided to jump on the Chloe Ting trend I saw on Youtube. I had to weeks to burn and wondered if I could seriously see better results with Chloe than a personal trainer. Like many people, I have tried pilates, kickboxing, weight lifting tracking apps, and still struggled to get the strong lean abs I had five years ago. Maybe it’s stress, maybe I just wasn’t meant to have the line down my abs? What I realized is Chloe’s workouts were managable. Instead of two hours at the gym she uses your body weight and cardio in under an hour. We all have an hour to spare and could use some time off the couch and away from Netflix.
Chloe’s workouts are meant to make you feel strong and confident
After two weeks I was impressed by my ability to do push-ups again and side planks without having to do the modified knee version. By then end, my stomach was visibly flatter and my thighs had slimmed down as well. I personally love having an hourglass shape and Chloe helped sculpt my body into that shape instead of making me lose my curves as some weight lifting exercises have. I
